You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. tbjl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify tbjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
tbjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
tbjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. tbjl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tbjl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the tbjl Platform without prior written consent from tbjl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tbjl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
tbjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tbjl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the tbjl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tbjl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and tbjl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting tbjl support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or bet settlements, tbjl's internal dispute resolution process (accessible via the FAQ page) must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
